About Me

Aga is a PACFA registered counsellor who works with people experiencing relationship or relational issues; people contemplating separation or divorce; people experiencing changes in meaningful relationships (such as living away from loved ones, starting a new family, starting or ending a new friendship or intimate relationship); life changes such as moving away from home or starting a new job; and grief, loss, illness and death.

Aga aims to provide a supportive, safe and authentic therapeutic space for people to learn and grow. She works in a respectful, non-judgemental way to help people gain awareness of their patterns, build on strengths and work on any new things they wish to change or achieve.

Aga has an interest in existential issues and ideas such as freedom, isolation, choice, anxiety, responsibility and meaning, and she meets you wherever you’re at with whatever you bring to counselling.
